Feb 18 2007
ired to locate a missing girl, Detective Max Mason discovers quite a bit more than he bargained for. From lovely ladies with murder on their mind to some strange, dark creatures that defy anything Max has ever known, our heroic detective is in for a ride no man is meant to take.

This is Dark Goodbye, one of the many new mangas from TOKYOPOP (honestly, how do they keep cranking them out so quickly?). Created by Frank Marraffino and Drew Rausch, Dark Goodbye is the story of Detective Max "Mutt" Mason, a surly, manly-man who is hired to find a missing girl in a mean and unforgiving city. What he discovers instead is a land of horror that mankind was never meant to see.

Filled with crime lords, wicked women and plenty of things that go bump in the night, Dark Goodbye is an excellent choice for the manga fan who likes a little "bite" to their books.

Dark Goodbye is set to hit your favorite manga shelves on April 10, 2007 but you can grab a sneak peek of Volume 1 at [link urlhttp://www.tokyopop.com/P-65/]TOKYOPOP's online manga player[/link].
