Comic book style art needed I'm a composer that would like to put together a flash movie (using my song) using comic book style art. I'm envisioning anime-influenced dark comic book style, but I could be convinced to go another direction. I'm projecting that 36-38 panels would do the job; I have a rough story line and how it synchronizes to the lyrics. Some panels would require detail - gritty city scenes with one central character (a teenage skateboarder). It's a serious song with dark overtones with hints of redemption near the end.
I will put together the Flash movie myself - I'm just looking for the source art. It will be 'animated' in the sense that many documentaries are - with camera zooming, panning, fades, etc.
Compensation: $400. I know it's paltry, but that's the budget and I apologize. Your name and your website (if you like) will be listed on the Flash movie.
I would like to move very quickly on this. If humanly possible, I would like to have an artist selected ASAP and the finished product by November 17, 2004.

The only 'venue' for this work that I am certain of at this time is my personal website. However, I would like to get my publisher to use it, and there may be other opportunities to show it (concerts, conferences. etc.). Thanks for your consideration.
