A common food in anime shows, Ramen can be made in a variety of flavors. Here's one version to keep you full.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- Ramen (your favorite flavor)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 1 small red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup diced brocolli
- 1 cup nuts (your favorite)
- 2 T butter or oil
- 1 1/2 T water
Preparation:
Cook Ramen according to directions until almost done; drain and set aside. Using a wok or deep frying pan, heat oil or butter. Add cumin and stir. Add onion, bell pepper, carrots, brocolli and nuts. Stir frequently until tender. Add the water and stir in cooked Ramen.
