TOKYOPOP announces its 5th Rising Stars of Manga Contest. Realizing that there's a whole slew of talented artists out there, TOKYOPOP wants to see your work. What do you get out of the deal? Possible publication and maybe a little prize money to boot. Grand place receives a cash prize of $2,500; second place grabs $1,500; third place gets a cool grand and four lucky runner-ups will get $500 each. There's also a new People's Choice category this year that will bring another $500 prize.
