Meguire's 311: Inspector Meguire is a talented and competent detective. Before the experimental drug, the Inspector relied heavily on Jimmy Kudo's observations and deductions. Ironically, he dismissed Conan's insight as the overactive imagination of a child. Oddly enough, he has no clue that Conan is actually Jimmy, despite his advanced detecting skills.
