Splash Screens
Splash screens are those great graphically-intensive landing pages that just say "enter". If you'd like a cool splash screen for your anime website, check out GDBZ. It doesn't look like he's updated in a while and some of the pages are still marked "under construction" but he does have some excellent splash screens posted for download.

Webmaster Help
Got questions? AnimeBoards.com has answers. In addition to threads on all the various anime series, there's also a forum section just for webmasters. Promote your site, exchange links and recruit new staff.

Anime Templates
Need to add a little color to your site? Anime Share has great templates, splash screen and email stationary for download.

Alethia Graphics is another great graphic resource... lots of templates, avatars, banners and photoshop brushes along with some cool wallpapers and winamp skins for your own anime pleasure :)
