Anime Bento Festival Brings Anime to the Big Screen

In a recent press release, NCM Fathom annnounced a special anime movie extravaganza!

In a four-day anime festival dubbed "Anime Bento", NCM is bringing four FUNimation and Manga Entertainment titles to the big screen:

  • Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles - Wednesday, 9/19/07
  • Fullmetal Alchemist The Movie: Conqueror of Shambala - Thursday, 9/20/07
  • Lupin the III: The Castle of Cagliostro - Wednesday, 9/26/07
  • Karas: The Prophecy - Thursday, 9/27/07

Tickets are available for just $10 bucks at FathomEvents.com and the movies are showing at more than 250 movie theaters nationwide.

"We've had incredible success with the anime category in the recent past and NCM FATHOM is excited to debut the first annual anime festival in theaters with the hottest anime titles provided by the top anime studios in the industry - FUNimation Entertainment and Manga," said Dan Diamond, vice president of NCM FATHOM.
