Fans of Astro Boy will be happy to hear that Sega has released its newest addition to the anime gaming line with Astro Boy for Playstation 2.Working with Tezuka Productions (Osamu Tezuka - the mastermind behind the original 1952 Astro Boy) and Sony Pictures Television, SEGA's SONICTEAM Studio has finally brought this anime icon to your game station.
According to a posting at the SEGA website, gamers will enjoy a host of special abilities such as an arm cannon, rocket feet and x-ray vision. Additional skills can be acquired as you win and there are 10 different locals for you to roam, including Astro's hometown, Metro City.
