Video Editing Intern
Location: Burbank, CA
Duration: Part-time (approx. 20 hours a week for 3 months)
Description: Needs editing intern to work on feature length documentary. Project's focus is on voice actors working in anime, original animation and the video game industry. Offering an "Assistant Editor" credit on the project if internship is completed.
Salary: Unpaid
Requirements: Proficient in Final Cut Pro, Dynamic and outgoing personality and able to work independently.
Anime Receptionist/Assistant
Location: Burbank, CA
Duration: Part-time (approx. 20 hours a week for 3 months)
Description: Greet clients and actors and escort them to the proper studio; Coordination of actors, writers and directors; Spotting, casting assistant; Booking recording studios and talent; Supervise online video editing; Management of assets, masters and vault; Various receptionist duties; Assist office manager with various duties.
Salary: Unpaid
Requirements: Japanese language skills preferred but not required; Dynamic, outgoing personality; Desire to provide excellent support and follow directions; Comfortable working as a team and independently; Time management skills; Verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills; Detail oriented.
Art Design Intern
Location: Burbank, CA
Duration: Part-time (approx. 20 hours a week for 3 months)
Description: Assist with areas such as motion graphics, flash animation, graphic design and web design. Knowledge of Japanese animation, comic books and Japanese culture helpful.
Salary: Unpaid - School Credit Available
Requirements: Must have working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator and must be familiar with one or more of the following: AfterEffects, Flash, Dreamweaver. Must be able to work in a Mac environment.
Marketing Intern
Location: Burbank, CA
Duration: Part-time (approx. 20 hours a week for 3 months)
Description: Assist with coordinating, researching and developing marketing strategies. Worki with the AnimeTV production staff to coordinate sponsorships and product placement.
Salary: Unpaid - College credit is available; could lead to full-time employment for right person.
Requirements: Knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word and Excel; File Maker Pro helpful but not required; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Detail oriented; Reliable transportation; Dynamic, outgoing personality
Production/Creative Position
Location: Burbank, CA
Duration: Full-time
Description: Needs someone who can "do it all" - graphic artist, cameraman and anime fan all rolled into one. Assist editors in organizing footage, log and transcribe tapes, assist creative department as necessary, write scripts, production design. Prefer someone who has gone to film school and/or has previous production experience.
Salary: Depends upon experience
Requirements: Proficient in Final Cut Pro 5.1, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Camera Skills, MS Office Programs, Dynamic, outgoing personality, Reliable Transportation.
