Looking for a chance to show your artistic "stuff" and spread a little good will at the same time? Here's your chance. The 1 in 8 Foundation is looking for an anime artist to create a new character as the face of their fight against breast cancer.The 1 in 8 Foundation is a breast cancer charity that has recently created a new division - 8 KiDZ. To help promote this new division, CEO and President Ken Vrana is looking for an anime artist to create three characters: a teenage, femal anime figure who'll be "fighting" breast cancer along with her younger male counterpart and a magic cat.
"She would have marshal arts skills and some magical powers that allow her to tell when a woman is sick. She has green eyes and dark brown, shoulder length hair. Her name is KK. As this is for charity we are looking for an anime artist who would create three 3 characters for free and the 1 in 8 Foundation would own them exclusively, but if the character catches on, we would be happy to pay you a nice bonus.
As there are so man y wonderful anime artists out there, we are looking for artists anywhere in the world. What we can offer in return is that millions of people will see your work, from Hong Kong, to Australia, to Italy and all over the US.
