Calling All Artists

(And for those of you enjoying ShonenJump, here's some freebie wallpapers for your desktop.  Cool, huh?)

Coming Soon

ADV Films has announced the release of Dragon Blue, exclusively on DVD.  Available April 15th, this great classic will include the exceptional work of Steve Wang (Predator).  Also from ADV, and pay attention to this one, episodes from greats such as Neon Genesis Evangelion, Dai-Guard, Martian Successor Nadesico and Robotech will be shown as part of Cartoon Network’s Giant Robot Week, scheduled to air Monday, Feb. 24 through Friday, Feb. 28, 2003 during Toonami.

Contests

Cowboy Bebop fans will love these original art boxes, compliments of Bandai Entertainment and AnimeonDVD.com.  Winners are chosen every Friday and the contest will run all year long.  Visit AnimeonDVD.com for all the rules.

Just in case you've forgotten the Stripsearch promo is well underway at Dark Horse Comics (Blade of the Immortal, Astro Boy).  Featuring one new comic/manga title per month, Dark Horse is working to put untapped talent in the spotlight.  Talk about opportunity knocking :)

And speaking of Astro Boy, April 2003 marks Mr. Astro's birthday.  Dark Horse wants to celebrate by offering you a set of Astro Boy books by Osamu Tezuka.  The top five entries win -- find your entry form here.
