Q.  How does Lupin keep getting away with his heists?

A.  Though its never really said where or how they acquire their tools, Lupin and his friends have access to an array of hardware, including guns, choppers and fancy tech equipment.  They also have master disguises at their disposal and can masquerade as pretty much anyone, including Zenigata.
