Q.  What's the deal between Lupin and Zenigata?

A.  Zenigata is the Interpol Inspector and he takes his job seriously.  So you can imagine his frustration when he fails to capture Lupin and his crew, not once, not twice, but every darn time.  Lupin has become his nemesis and his life's work revolves around finally capturing the infamous thief.  Lupin has gotten so used to getting the best of Zenigata that he sometimes goes out of his way just to tease the old man.
