Q.  Do I detect some chemistry between Lupin and Fujiko?

A.  Yes, you do.. and thanks for noticing.  When it comes to Fujiko, Lupin wears his desires on his sleeve.  He longs for her, propositions her and just generally becomes stupid when she's involved.  Sometimes, she uses this to her advantage, promising him a little private time if he'll just help her with this one little thing.  And while Lupin rarely resists, he still manages to outsmart her once her motives become clear.
