Q.  What's a dragon ball?

A.  There are seven mystical dragon balls that, when brought together, can be used to summon the Eternal Dragon.  Okay, you say... what's the big deal about the dragon?  Glad you asked.  The dragon can grant up to three wishes (depending on whether its Shenron the Earth Dragon or Puronga the Namek Dragon).  While there are a few restrictions, these wishes can be almost anything, including bringing someone back to life!  Once the wish (or wishes) have been granted, the Dragon Balls turn to stone and are scattered around the world.  There they must remain for one year (130 days for the Namek dragon balls).  They can then be gathered up for a whole new set of wishes.
