Although the animation is a little crude, it fits this anime series perfectly. Lupin the 3rd is an easy watch -- check it out on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim.. I think you'll enjoy it :)

Guide Review - A Guide to Lupin the 3rd
The world's most wanted thief, Lupin and his companions spend their time traveling to exotic places in the hopes of landing their next big score. But, as usual, Zenigata is hot on their trail. In his ever-failing efforts to catch Lupin, he sets trap after trap, certain that "this time" he'll catch the crook.
Unfortunately, with the help of uncanny disguises and unlimited resources, Lupin always manages to escape. Poor Zenigata... ah, well.. maybe one day.
