Wolf's Rain

If you've been waiting on a truly choice anime to hit the streets, you'll be glad to know your wait is over. Wolf's Rain is here. For those of you not familiar with this fantasy thriller, Wolf's Rain takes place in a distant future... one where wolves are supposed to be extinct. But, as in any good story, things are not as they seem. The wolves haven't died off, but instead learned to take human form and they walk the earth in search of the scent of Lunar Flowers. Why, you may ask? Because the one who carries the scent can lead the wolves to paradise. Still not sure about this one? Well then, you should also know it was designed by Toshihiro Kawamoto of Cowboy Bebop fame. Also from the Bebop family is the production team, Bones Studio, and Yoko Kanno, who handled the musical composition. Due to hit the DVD streets in July, Wolf's Rain will premiere on Cartoon Network sometime this spring. I'll bring the popcorn:)
