First, AOL video is more of a gateway to other streaming sites, but they do have their own content. Also, anime is only a portion of their content.

Second, Anime News Network started their own streaming service. Their library has been expanding especially since they have partnerships with Hulu, Joost, YouTube, and Crunchyroll. I believe that their service is limited to North America, however.
