FUNimation Meets the Social Network

FUNimation Entertainment has announced that they've partnered with Joost to handle their catalog of anime videos in an online social video community. Premiering in November, 2008, Joost will begin streaming a variety of popular FUNimation series such as Black Blood Brothers, Mushi-Shi, xxxHOLiC, Basilisk, Peach Girl and many others. New programming will be added monthly and fans will be able to view the shows for free in a browser window.

In addition, members will also be able to interact with other anime fans through several social features of Joost.
