Subbed or Dubbed: Which Is Better?

It has long been the unofficial accepted practice for fans to sub or dub new Japanese anime shows until they're picked up by a domestic distributor. These fan-subbed or dubbed versions give western audiences a taste of what's to come on the anime frontier and allow the soon-to-be distributors to enjoy a little free publicity and gauge what seems to be popular among their audience.

But not all dubbing and subbing is equal - some of it is quite good while some of it is just plain bad. Read my thoughts on the pros and cons of subbing and dubbing and then cast your vote!
